Productivity Balloon Ltd was founded by Gareth Jenkins and Lisa Amphlett out of their desire to get things done and their frustrations with restrictions imposed by the traditions of their then workplaces.

Lisa Amphlett's creative and radical approach to getting things done put the company on a footing of effectiveness, focus and fun.

Along with a number of private sector management positions, Lisa's held various senior management posts in the public sector - managing people, projects and performance. Her proven track record of attention, passion and delivery has got us to where we are now.

Gareth Jenkins has a background in software, product and business development. His wide-ranging technical background, combined with his experience of business delivery in various industries has allowed the company to explore and thrive in traditionally incompatible areas.

As well as providing consulting services to many different business types since an early age, Gareth has held management and board positions in a number of successful companies.
